Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Develop and maintain cloud software solutions on large-scale compute and storage clusters.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust distributed systems using Java in Linux environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and container orchestration using Terraform, Salt, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Architect, migrate, and optimize native AWS cloud services and hybrid cloud environments.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 6+ years
• Required Certifications: Cloud Developer
• Total Compensation: $325k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Support all phases of agile software design, development, integration, testing, and operational monitoring.
• Engineer multi-threaded distributed systems using Java and other high-level languages on Linux operating systems.
• Deploy, orchestrate, and manage microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Define and maintain Infrastructure as Code utilizing tools such as Salt, CDK, and Terraform.
• Architect, integrate, and cost-optimize native AWS cloud solutions and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Conduct code and architecture reviews while providing technical guidance to team members.
• Integrate and extend COTS and GOTS products to meet system requirements.
