Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical aerospace maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft and aerospace components.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve structural issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop and implement repair plans.
• Ensure all work complies with FAA, DoD, and Air Force regulations and standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development programs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Aerospace Maintenance Technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance and repair.
• Current Secret clearance required.
• Familiarity with composite materials, metals, and advanced manufacturing techniques.
• Proficient in using CAD systems and other technical software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on fighter aircraft or other high-performance aircraft.
• Knowledge of aircraft wiring and electrical systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
