Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections and maintenance on aircraft structures
• Identify and repair damage to aircraft fuselages, wings, and other components
• Use specialized tools and equipment to fabricate and install aircraft structural components
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to assess structural integrity
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance
• Knowledge of aircraft structural maintenance procedures and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific aircraft types (e.g., KC-10 Extender, KC-46 Pegasus)
• Certification in NDT methods (e.g., ultrasonic, magnetic particle)
• Experience working in a military or government contracting environment
