Senior Corporate Recruiter

Our client, a large telecom company is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter for a 6 month Remote contract with a chance of extension. This person will manage talent acquisition across a high-growth software/SaaS organization. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for Go-To-Market (GTM), Engineering, General & Administrative (G&A), and select internal business functions.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience, with in-house experience at a software, SaaS, or tech organization
• Proven track record hiring GTM roles (Enterprise AEs, SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Revenue Operations) plus Engineering/Technical and G&A roles
• Full Life Cycle Recruiting: Lead intake strategy sessions, job postings, proactive sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and candidate closing
• Cross-Functional Hiring: Own requisitions across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations), Engineering/Product, G&A (Finance, Legal, HR), and internal corporate roles
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Advise functional leaders with market intelligence, pipeline transparency, and talent acquisition best practices
• ATS & Reporting: Maintain strict data hygiene in the ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever); track recruitment metrics and analyze pipeline health to inform talent strategy
• Experience sourcing and hiring across the US, Canada, and Latin America
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and tech-driven candidate engagement
• Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT)
