Cloud Community Advisor

Description

SAIC is seeking a Cloud Community Advisor to join our team. This team provides solutions and services supporting digital modernization programs in areas such as system engineering, multi-cloud computing, cyber security, data science and analytics, artificial intelligence/machine learning, quantum computing, application development, DevSecOps, cloud network operations and secure communications.

We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Community Advisor to join our multi-million-dollar Cloud program. As a contributor to the community's first multi-cloud initiative, you will be at the epicenter of emergent cloud computing technologies. This role is crucial in ensuring effective and consistent messaging to various stakeholders.

The Cloud Community Advisor will be responsible for managing our program's internal and external communications. This role is responsible for developing and implementing our program's communication strategies. The Cloud Community Advisor will gather, analyze, and compose technical information as well as support the development of all program documentation to improve the quality and enhance the usability of these documents.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Develop and produce a variety of content, including articles, blog posts, event briefings, newsletters, and more.
• Compose technical documents including, Standard Operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, proposals, and reports.
• Conduct research and ensuring the use of proper technical terminology.
• Promote the organization's initiatives and events to appropriate audiences and stakeholders.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and channels.
• Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and make improvements based on the results.
• Oversee and update the organization's website to keep information current and user-friendly.
• Organize and manage public relations and promotional events, including community outreach events, industry shows, and consumer events.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including consumer, employees, partners, and the public, to maintain positive relationships and gather feedback.
• Manage the schedule, assignments, and meetings associated with all narratives and submissions.
• Translate technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.
• Create and refine key messages, ensuring consistency and alignment with the organization's goals and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience.
• TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Multitasking and time management skill.
• Outstanding verbal and written and editing communications skills.
• Critical Thinking Skills: Experience using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be comfortable researching cloud technologies.

Desired Qualifications:
Understanding of basic cloud technologies and terminology.
Experience with data visualization and analytical tools.
Digital marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge.

Target salary range: $140,001 - $180,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
