Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an opportunity to work on critical aerospace projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections and maintenance on aircraft and aerospace vehicles
• Repair and replace aircraft structural components
• Conduct welding, bonding, and fabrication tasks
• Troubleshoot and diagnose structural issues
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all work performed
• Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure mission success

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance
• Knowledge of aircraft structural maintenance procedures and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on specific aircraft types (e.g., B-52, KC-10, etc.)
• Additional certifications in welding or other relevant skills
• Previous military or government contracting experience
