oTranslate complex analytical findings and policy requirements into clear, actionable recommendations for program leaders, policymakers, and healthcare stakeholders

oSupport the development and implementation of program policies, operating processes, governance structures, and performance management approaches

oAnalyze healthcare utilization, access, service delivery, provider capacity, and population-level trends to inform program strategy and targeting of interventions

oWork with clients and subject matter specialists to define data requirements, reporting processes, measures, and evaluation approaches

oManage day-to-day delivery of healthcare analytics, performance reporting, evaluation, and program implementation workstreams, overseeing supporting team members

oCollaborate with project leadership to develop client recommendations, implementation plans, executive-level presentations, and program reporting

oIdentify and address data quality, availability, and methodological limitations that could affect program reporting, evaluation, or decision-making

oCoordinate across program, policy, operational, financial, clinical, and data stakeholders to translate findings into implementable actions

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

oAbility to work independently and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team

oEffective written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to communicate analytical findings to executive and non-technical audiences

oMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work product

oAbility to build and sustain professional relationships with government, healthcare, and program stakeholders

oAbility to lead projects or complex workstreams involving data, policy, operations, and implementation

oAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

oStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
