Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic with a Secret clearance for a critical position at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This role involves performing advanced maintenance and repair on aircraft structures, ensuring the airworthiness and safety of critical aircraft systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft components
• Fabricate and install structural components using advanced tools and techniques
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify cracks, corrosion, and other structural issues
• Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of aircraft maintenance tasks
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and materials used
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance
• Proficiency with NDT methods (e.g., ultrasonic, magnetic particle, dye penetrant)
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural integrity and repair procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific aircraft types (e.g., B-52, KC-10)
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and military maintenance standards
• Previous experience working on Beale Air Force Base or similar environments
