Introduction

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to support an upcoming client engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform, strong technical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders in a remote environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience configuring, developing, or supporting ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, business rules, and client scripts.
• Experience with Flow Designer, integrations, APIs, or workflow automation.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the configuration, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to support platform enhancements.
• Configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, and automation as required.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Follow established development practices, documentation standards, and quality assurance procedures.
• Assist with testing, deployment, and ongoing platform improvements.
