Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Execute information assurance operations and maintain operational security posture across systems and enclaves.
• Support security authorization activities and compliance in accordance with NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DoD standards.
• Conduct vulnerability and risk assessment analyses, oversee configuration management, and implement Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) controls.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 8+ years
• Required Certifications: DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level I
• Total Compensation: $288k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Support program and system information assurance efforts by proposing, coordinating, and enforcing security policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Maintain operational security posture and perform day-to-day security operations for assigned information systems.
• Evaluate technical security solutions to ensure full compliance with requirements for processing classified data.
• Conduct vulnerability and risk assessment analyses to support ongoing system security authorization.
• Oversee configuration management (CM) for security-relevant hardware, software, and firmware, assessing the impact of system changes.
• Author and review comprehensive cybersecurity documentation, including System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, and System Requirements Traceability Matrices (SRTMs).
• Assist the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) in sustaining robust security controls and managing system authorization packages.
