Technical Targeter

Description

SAIC has an immediate opening for a highly motivated targeter/analyst to support an important and exciting mission area to enable successful mission outcomes. The successful candidate will apply their deep analytical background to help the customer conduct targeting to respond to mission requests. The candidate must be able to operate independently, and in a team environment, being self-driven to meet the requirements of the position. Excellent attention to detail, responsiveness to customers, and analytic curiosity are important. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality products that accurately address requests.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI and Poly
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 14 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience as a technical targeter, to include use of customer tools and techniques.
• Solid critical thinking and analytic skills. Must have the ability to identify key pieces of technical information from multiple sources of collection, to include technical documents or conversations, analyze to determine potential impact to our ongoing and future operations, and relay findings in an understandable manner to the team in a timely manner.
• Experience working in or partnering with mission centers and IC organizations.
• Familiarity with customer technical databases.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical findings orally and in writing for a range of audiences with varying levels of technical acumen. Work well in a team environment.

• Experience supporting operational organizations to help bridge the gap between analysis and operations.

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
