Job Description
Position Title: Project Manager
Clearance Requirement: Public Trust
Position Location: On-site, Washington, DC

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, coordinate, and execute projects supporting the Security Services Branch (SSB), including physical access control systems (PACS), video surveillance (CCTV), identity management, and enterprise security services.
Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, risk registers, and resource allocation plans.
Track project progress and provide status reports, presentations, and executive-level briefings.
Coordinate across technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Support the development of standards, SOPs, and security documentation as part of project deliverables.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating to leadership when necessary.
Ensure project compliance with federal guidelines, NIST standards, and USCP security policies.
Serve as a liaison between technical staff, security engineers, and leadership to translate requirements into actionable plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience
• Project Management Certification is strongly preferred. (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Experience managing Mid-Large Enterprise Projects
• Experience with managing the full IT project lifecycle to include requirements, development, implementation, and maintenance
• Knowledge of installing and maintaining Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) is a plus
• Experience with developing and presenting executive briefs
• Experience with managing cross-organizational relationships and third-party vendors
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project is a plus
• Experience supporting a PMO is a plus; supporting an IT PMO is highly desired
• Previous experience with a Government Agency is highly desired
