Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and frameworks
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans
- Manage security incidents and coordinate incident response
- Lead security awareness training and education programs
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security into all projects
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master’s preferred
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and design
- Experience with industry standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls
- Strong understanding of network security, encryption, and identity management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
