Job Description
One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a Federal Government client. The selected candidate will serve as the primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams and support Quality Management Systems in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
This position is tied to a future business opportunity and is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
- Foster an environment that encourages collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and manage Quality Management Systems in alignment with ISO 9001 standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments that may hinder team progress.
- Protect the team from external distractions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience.
- Strong understanding of Scrum practices.
- Proven track record of implementing Quality Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001.
- Bachelor’s degree or nine (9) years of experience.
- Scrum/Agile certification required.
- Active Secret personnel security clearance required.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000–$150,000 annually. This range is preliminary and provided for planning purposes only. Final compensation is contingent upon contract award, approved labor rates, candidate qualifications, and contract requirements.
