Job Description
One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a Federal Government client. The selected candidate will manage contractor staff and oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of tasks from inception through completion.
This position is tied to a future business opportunity and is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contractor staff.
- Plan, execute, and monitor tasks from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Apply a robust understanding of Quality Management Systems and proficiency in adhering to ISO 9001 standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful task outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define task objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct continuous service delivery improvement activities toward more efficient capabilities and performance.
- Assign contractor schedules.
- Review work discrepancies.
- Supervise contractor personnel.
- Communicate organizational policies, purposes, and goals.
- Maintain a strong focus on risk management and fostering innovation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of eight (8) specific years of experience as a Program Manager.
- Master’s degree in a related field or twelve (12) years of experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Active Secret personnel security clearance required.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000–$165,000 annually. This range is preliminary and provided for planning purposes only. Final compensation is contingent upon contract award, approved labor rates, candidate qualifications, and contract requirements.
