Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior All-Source Analysis (Strategic Operations) specialist with a focus on Counterintelligence (CI) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of strategic operations and CI methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive all-source analysis to support strategic operations and CI efforts.
• Develop and maintain strategic operational plans and CI strategies.
• Coordinate with multiple intelligence disciplines to integrate and synthesize information.
• Provide expert analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and security requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, Security, International Relations, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in all-source analysis, strategic operations, and CI.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Demonstrated expertise in all-source analysis techniques and tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced analytics tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of current intelligence and security threats.
• Previous experience in a government or government-contractor environment.
