Description:
Our client seeks a Business Analyst to support a federal asset forfeiture program and the Complex Crime Unit within the U.S. Department of Justice. This role involves analyzing financial data, developing business processes, and collaborating with law enforcement agencies to support investigative efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex financial data and trends to identify patterns and anomalies
• Develop and maintain business processes and procedures
• Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to support investigative efforts
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for team members
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of federal asset forfeiture procedures and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience working with law enforcement agencies
• Knowledge of complex crime investigation methodologies

Clearance: Must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
