Summary:
• Design and build an AI reasoning layer utilizing multi-agent orchestration, Amazon Bedrock, and knowledge graphs.
• Implement query decomposition, routing, and multi-source retrieval across structured, graph, and document sources using Python, SQL, Redshift, Neptune, and OpenSearch.
• Integrate agent tools using MCP and establish evaluation metrics, regression testing, and hallucination controls in cloud environments.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 3+ years
• Total Compensation: $391k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design and implement multi-agent reasoning systems using Amazon Bedrock Agents.
• Build domain reasoning agents on top of designated ontologies and semantic layers.
• Implement query decomposition, routing, and multi-source answer composition across Redshift, Neptune, and OpenSearch.
• Encode authority, precedence, and compliance rules into agent behavior for auditable and cited answers.
• Develop and maintain golden-question regression suites as gates for model, prompt, and ontology changes.
• Tune foundation-model selection across authorized models and implement guardrails and hallucination controls.
• Integrate agent tools via MCP and expose collaborator agents.
• Instrument agent traces, evaluation metrics, and observability utilizing CloudWatch and Bedrock invocation logs.
• Collaborate with ontology and data engineers to align agent tooling with graph schemas.
• Support porting the reasoning layer to secure cloud impact-level environments as scope expands.
