Summary:
• Design and build an AI reasoning layer utilizing multi-agent orchestration, Amazon Bedrock, and knowledge graphs.
• Implement query decomposition, routing, and multi-source retrieval across structured, graph, and document data sources.
• Integrate agent tools via Model Context Protocol (MCP) and establish evaluation metrics, regression testing, and hallucination controls.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 3+ years
• Required Certifications: AWS Certified Professional or AWS Certified Specialty
• Total Compensation: $391k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design and implement multi-agent reasoning systems using Amazon Bedrock Agents.
• Build domain reasoning agents on top of designed ontologies and semantic layers.
• Implement query decomposition, routing, and multi-source answer composition across structured (Amazon Redshift), graph (Amazon Neptune), and document (Amazon OpenSearch) sources.
• Encode authority, precedence, and governance rules into agent behaviors to ensure auditable, cited outputs.
• Develop and maintain golden-question regression suites as correctness gates for model, prompt, and ontology updates.
• Tune foundation-model selection and implement guardrails, refusal behaviors, and hallucination controls.
• Integrate agent tools via Model Context Protocol (MCP) and expose collaborator capabilities.
• Instrument agent traces, evaluation metrics, and observability using Amazon CloudWatch and Bedrock invocation logs.
• Collaborate with ontology and data engineering teams to align tooling with graph schemas.
