Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Consultant to support a large-scale, complex SAP S/4HANA implementation for the Navy. In this role, you will be a key member of the integration team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will build the connectivity backbone between SAP S/4HANA and a wide array of mission-critical Navy legacy systems, enabling seamless data flow across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and reusable APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate integration requirements into technical designs.
• Implement API-led connectivity strategies to create a modern, flexible application network.
• Develop and execute unit tests and support integration and user acceptance testing.
• Manage API policies, security, and lifecycle using MuleSoft API Manager.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with MuleSoft APIs and integrations during development and post-production.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all development and deployment activities.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
• Technical Fluency: At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience designing and developing integrations with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. MuleSoft Developer certification is highly preferred.
• Integration Expertise: Strong experience with REST and SOAP web services, RAML/OAS, and various integration patterns. Experience integrating with SAP is a significant plus.
• Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with enterprise architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a passion for solving complex integration challenges.
Federal and Security Requirements:
• U.S. Citizenship required
• T3 / Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain) required
• DoD or Navy ERP implementation experience is preferred.
