Job Description

Leads the analysis, design, and implementation of S/4HANA Hire to Retire (H2R) business processes. Acts as the functional expert for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, benefits, and final separation. This role ensures that workforce data is seamlessly integrated between SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Finance, maintaining strict compliance with federal personnel regulations and labor distribution requirements.

The H2R Functional Consultant is responsible for leading system analysis, end-to-end configuration, and cross-functional integration. Responsibilities include:
-Lead Requirement Gathering & Design: Facilitate workshops to define requirements for Core HR (Employee Central), Payroll, Time Tracking, and Talent Management within a federal context.
-Execute Integrated Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration of SuccessFactors Employee Central and coordinate the integration with S/4HANA Employee Lifecycle processes.
-Labor Costing & Funds Management: Ensure that payroll and time entries correctly interface with Funds Management (FM) and Cost Center Accounting (CO) to automate labor distribution across the federal 3-dimensional budget structure.
-Public Sector HR Compliance: Design solutions that support federal personnel mandates, including Personnel Action (PAR) processing, pay grade structures (GS/SES), and complex benefit calculations.
-Technical Collaboration: Partner with developers and integration architects to design Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) flows, ensuring secure data transfer between SuccessFactors and the S/4HANA Universal Journal.
-HCM Data Migration: Lead the migration of sensitive personnel data, including employee history, tax records, and benefit elections, ensuring data privacy (PII) and audit integrity.
-Testing & Validation: Write and execute comprehensive test plans for Payroll parallel runs, Time Management calculations, and SuccessFactors-to-S/4HANA synchronization.
-User Enablement: Deploy SAP Fiori and SuccessFactors Mobile apps to enhance the employee experience through self-service portals for leave requests, paystubs, and performance management.

Basic Qualifications:
-Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM, with a deep understanding of the integration points between cloud HR and S/4HANA Finance.
-Proven experience with Payroll and Time Management, specifically in complex, highly regulated environments.
-Strong integration knowledge, specifically between H2R and Budget to Report (B2R) for labor budgeting and financial reporting.
-Proficiency in Business Process Analysis, with the ability to lead "Fit-to-Standard" sessions to leverage modern SuccessFactors Best Practices while meeting federal requirements.
-Excellent communication skills, capable of serving as a bridge between Human Resources, Finance, and the technical IT team.
-Technical Literacy: Ability to troubleshoot integration errors in CPI, understand SuccessFactors Data Models (OData API), and configure complex business rules.

Federal-Specific Requirements:
-U.S. Citizenship required.
-Familiarity with OPM (Office of Personnel Management) standards and federal labor laws.
