Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Windows Systems Administrator to provide systems administration support for systems within a classified enterprise environment. This role supports Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshooting, operating system lifecycle maintenance, and change management activities. The ideal candidate is a strong Windows administrator with experience supporting secure, enterprise-level environments.
Requirements
• Provide Tier 3 support for in-house developed systems and site-unique enhancements.
• Support maintenance of current and future versions of supported IT systems.
• Maintain server operating systems at required versions.
• Maintain COTS, GOTS, and Open-Source software at required versions.
• Perform installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of supported systems.
• Support incident, change, and configuration management processes in accordance with lifecycle support requirements.
• Administer Active Directory user and group management functions.
• Support VMware virtual machine administration and Virtual Desktop environments.
• Provide support for DNS, DHCP, backup and restore operations, SAN storage fundamentals, and desktop imaging tools.
• Assist with PowerShell scripting and automation efforts as needed.
• This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to be obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret)
• Because an active or interim DoD clearance is required, U.S. Citizenship is required
