Summary:
• Seeking an experienced Software Engineer to develop and integrate AI-enabled tooling and agentic harnesses for vulnerability research (VR) and computer network exploitation (CNE).
• Build backend services, REST APIs, and automated dynamic analysis workflows utilizing Python, Linux, modern databases, and large language models.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate complex mission requirements into reliable, production-ready software solutions.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 12+ years
• Total Compensation: $320k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI harnesses that orchestrate research tools, manage execution state, collect evidence, and evaluate results.
• Build and extend isolated sandbox-based dynamic analysis capabilities to execute software, capture runtime behavior, and reproduce vulnerabilities.
• Integrate debugging, instrumentation, fuzzing, crash analysis, and related research tools into automated or researcher-directed workflows.
• Develop resilient backend services and REST APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django alongside PostgreSQL.
• Establish repeatable evaluation pipelines measuring finding validity, reproducibility, false-positive rates, and AI-assisted workflow effectiveness.
• Lead design and code reviews, document architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and uphold rigorous engineering standards across Linux-based environments.
