Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Program/Management Analyst IV - Program Execution Analyst (Resource Management) to support the Program Acquisition Executive - Maneuver Ground Headquarters (formerly PEO Soldier).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate program execution activities to ensure timely delivery of program objectives and milestones.
- Develop and maintain program resource management plans, including budget tracking, cost analysis, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to define requirements, establish priorities, and resolve issues.
- Provide analytical support for program reviews, decision-making processes, and risk management.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership on program status, performance, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in program management, resource management, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing complex programs with multi-million dollar budgets.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in MS Excel and other business analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Active Secret clearance required.
