Job Description:

Cloud & Subscription Management

Azure Government Administration: Administer and sustain secure, multi-subscription environments strictly within Azure Government, including dedicated experience navigating cArmy and the Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA) frameworks.

Modern Deployment & Connectivity

Design, deploy, and manage Azure-based solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., ARM Templates, Bicep, Terraform) and implement secure connectivity solutions (ExpressRoute, VPN, VNet Peering) across hybrid environments.

Identity & Access Management

Implement and manage Azure AD identities, role-based access control (RBAC), and conditional access policies to enforce least privilege access. Integrate with on-premises Active Directory and implement secure hybrid identity solutions.

Security & Compliance

Implement Azure Security Center and Defender for Cloud policies to ensure compliance with federal security standards (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP, DISA STIGs). Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and remediate risks.

Monitoring & Operations

Utilize Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to monitor system performance, availability, and security events. Develop and implement automated alerting and response procedures for critical incidents.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

Design and implement Azure-based disaster recovery solutions, including site-to-site failover, data replication, and backup strategies. Conduct regular DR drills and ensure RTO/RPO targets are met.

Collaboration & Documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business requirements. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all cloud infrastructure and processes.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Azure cloud platform
- 3+ years of experience with Azure Government
- 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- 3+ years of experience with identity and access management solutions
- 3+ years of experience with security and compliance in cloud environments
- 3+ years of experience with monitoring and operations in cloud environments
- 3+ years of experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certification in Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse)
