Project Manager-Navy Warehouse and Storage Support (6298)

OLH Technical Services, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Project Manager-Navy Warehouse and Storage in Jacksonville, FL.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and oversee warehouse, storage, receiving, inventory, issuing, delivery, packing, and shipping services.
• Coordinate staffing, work assignments, training, and coverage to meet operational requirements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer representatives.
• Monitor service quality, inventory accuracy, safety, security, and compliance with applicable Navy procedures.
• Address performance issues, implement corrective actions, and identify opportunities to improve operations.
• Support accurate supply transactions and documentation using Navy ERP and NALCOMIS.

Position Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Secret clearance required.
• At least 10 years of recent Naval Aviation supply experience.
• Experience supervising Navy warehouse, supply, or physical distribution operations.
• Extensive Navy ERP and Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS) expertise.
• Familiarity with receiving, storage, material delivery, hazardous material handling, and transportation requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to motivate and lead personnel.
