Position Summary
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Program Manager on behalf of its client, an aerospace and defense company. The Program Manager joins the Submarine Systems Programs team within the client's maritime imaging systems business and is responsible for the effective management of cost, schedule and technical performance on assigned programs. An active US Secret clearance is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the cost, schedule and technical aspects of assigned submarine systems programs.
- Work within government contract requirements, including DPAS ratings and FAR/DFAR clauses.
- Use Earned Value metrics to track and manage program cost and schedule performance.
Required Qualifications
- Active US Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with government contracts, including DPAS ratings and FAR/DFAR requirements.
- Familiarity with Earned Value terms and their use in managing program cost and schedule performance.
Compensation: Base salary of $130,000 to $150,000.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
