(Supported by EA2 supply performance data services). Produce recurring NIIN-by-NIIN supply posture summaries that show on-hand/on-order quantities, due-ins/due-outs, demand history/forecast, backorders/aging, procurement lead times, and customer wait time (CWT). (EA2 provides logistics performance metrics feeds used to populate posture views.)Reconcile the end-to-end fulfillment of DLA-managed requisitions by tracing each NIIN's lifecycle through order creation, sourcing, shipment, receipt, and issue; highlight variances (e.g., long aging, partial fills, cancels, SOS changes).Maintain authoritative mapping between NSN (13-digit) and NIIN (last nine digits; two-digit NCB code + seven-digit item number) to ensure accurate item tracking and roll-ups across changing FSCs.
