Project Manager

Mayvin is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide senior level leadership and oversight in support of the FBI's Strategic Workforce for Intelligence, Finance, and Technical Administration (SWIFT) mission The project manager will analyze new and complex project related problems and create innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and other solution components.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities :

• Leads team on large projects or significant segments of large complex projects
• Facilitates the strategic management process and provides consulting expertise and project management for specific strategic initiatives that are deemed high risk or critical to success of the Unit/Section
• Provides applications systems analysis and programming activities for multiple Government sites and/or facilities
• Oversees all aspects of projects, including the preparation of long and short-range plans for necessary support resources.
• Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule
• Demonstrates ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
• Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, and secure customer approvals. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk
