Hiring is contingent upon award of contract
The Program Manager (PM) will serve as the primary point of contact for the Government and holds full authority to act, execute, and make binding decisions on behalf of the Contractor for all contract operations. This role ensures seamless coordination, operational integrity, and full compliance across a technical project environment during standard duty hours.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Governance: Conduct overall management coordination and act as the principal liaison to Government representatives.
Operational Decision-Making: Authoritatively resolve contract-level issues and make definitive operational decisions.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and 15 years of applicable experience, OR
Master’s Degree in engineering and 9 years of applicable experience.
Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience leading or supervising 15 or more employees within a technical workspace environment.
