Job Description
Provide professional Information Technology (IT) support for software, hardware, storage and network connectivity to all IGEA sites. This includes network administration, system administration, Field Service Representatives, accreditation, compliance, documentation and direct end-user support for a variety of operational initiatives which include highly sensitive intelligence functions.
Under the guidance of the Army GEOINT Office (AGO) and the AGO Technical Director, will provide Information Technology (IT) services and related logistic, programmatic, training, and management support for GEOINT operations. Will leverage IGEA hardware to support sustainment and development of GEOINT production capabilities as specified by the customer.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
TITLE – Field Service Representative – Wiesbaden, Germany - (On-Site with some Telework). Candidates currently residing in Germany or a nearby OCONUS location highly preferred.
Experience:
• 5+ years end user and field support
• German technical expert status through DOCPER
Certification:
• ITIL Foundation and Security+ required
Clearance Requirement:
• Top Secret
