Position Description:
- Primary point of contact for the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person events, ceremonies, trade shows, and meetings of varying sizes.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including facility coordination, preparation; set-up/tear-down, clean-up, catering, transportation, invitee lists, special guests, equipment provision, and printed materials.
- Tour and event support, including agenda development/revisions, welcome packet creation, RSVP tracking, conference space coordination, material shipping/tracking, and day-of execution.
- Provide organizational, building, conference, and symposia support by setting up displays, exhibits, and other conference media
- Track the inventory of specialty supply items (e.g., tablecloths, flags, graphic materials) used during events and notify the client when supplies are low, unusable, or require replacement.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Associates Required
- 2-7 years' experience
