Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cryptography Subject Matter Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cryptographic principles, algorithms, and their practical applications. This role requires a deep understanding of both symmetric and asymmetric cryptography, cryptographic protocols, and security best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cryptographic solutions to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Analyze and evaluate existing cryptographic systems for vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with software developers, network engineers, and security teams to integrate cryptographic technologies into applications and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct research on emerging cryptographic technologies and trends to stay ahead of potential threats.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for team members on cryptographic best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cryptography and information security.
• In-depth knowledge of cryptographic algorithms (e.g., AES, RSA, ECC) and protocols (e.g., TLS, IPsec, PGP).
• Experience with cryptographic libraries and tools (e.g., OpenSSL, Bouncy Castle).
• Strong understanding of cryptographic key management and certificate authorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with quantum cryptography and post-quantum algorithms.
• Knowledge of cryptographic applications in cloud computing and IoT environments.
• Familiarity with formal verification and cryptographic proofs.
