Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Cryptography Subject Matter Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cryptographic principles, algorithms, and their practical applications. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating cryptographic solutions to ensure data security and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cryptographic protocols and algorithms
• Assess the security of existing cryptographic systems
• Provide expert advice on cryptographic best practices
• Collaborate with software developers to integrate cryptographic solutions
• Conduct research on emerging cryptographic technologies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cryptography
• In-depth knowledge of symmetric and asymmetric encryption, hash functions, and digital signatures
• Experience with cryptographic libraries and tools (e.g., OpenSSL, Bouncy Castle)
• Strong understanding of cryptographic protocols (e.g., TLS, IPsec, SSH)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with post-quantum cryptography
• Knowledge of cryptographic standards (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC)
• Familiarity with secure coding practices
• Experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment

Clearance: Secret clearance required.
