Senior Technical Project/Program Manager

Description:
Our client seeks a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to coordinate complex, high-visibility initiatives within a large healthcare organization. This role requires extensive experience in managing technical projects and programs, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects and programs on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years in a technical or healthcare environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong understanding of technical methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
