Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance & Controlling Architect to support Flex Ltd.’s global finance transformation initiatives. The role will lead SAP FICO solution design and delivery, with strong expertise in Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Make-to-Order (MTO), and Product Costing. Hands-on SAP ECC experience is required, while SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.

Description:

• Lead SAP FICO solution design, configuration, validation, and deployment.
  
• Conduct workshops and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
  
• Configure and support SAP FI, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, payments, collections, and dispute management.
  
• Lead SAP CO processes, including standard and actual costing, overheads, cost allocations, variance analysis, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, and period-end closing.
  
• Support ETO and MTO processes, product costing, and complex manufacturing operations.
  
• Provide functional leadership, solution governance, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive solution decisions and successful project delivery.
  

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO, with strong SAP ECC expertise.
  
• Proven experience with ETO, MTO, and Product Costing (CO-PC).
  
• Strong knowledge of FI, CO, manufacturing costing, and financial closing processes.
  
• Experience in complex global manufacturing environments preferred.
  
• SAP S/4HANA experience is highly desirable.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
  
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across business and IT functions.
  
• Willingness to travel to client locations in Texas and California at least twice per month; international travel is a plus.
