IT Project Manager

Agensys is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support the AFNCR ITS program at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB). The Project Manager will oversee technical IT projects and coordinate with Government customers, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing IT projects within a DoD environment and be comfortable navigating Government processes with minimal ramp-up. Experience supporting network infrastructure, structured cabling, cable construction, or related technical projects is highly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects from planning through implementation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting.
• Coordinate activities between Government stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Support network infrastructure and cabling-related projects, including installation, upgrades, and site activities.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to Government and program leadership.
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with customer requirements, schedules, and applicable DoD standards.
• Coordinate resources and resolve issues that could impact project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience managing IT projects in a DoD or Federal Government environment.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and technical project delivery.
• Experience or familiarity with network infrastructure, structured cabling, cable construction, or telecommunications projects.
• Ability to work directly with Government customers and technical personnel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
