About the Role
Join OMNI Consulting Solutions as a Senior Business Operations & Financial Management Analyst. In this role, you'll bring deep financial management expertise to support critical federal operations, working with sophisticated financial systems and acquisition processes. This is an opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and experience in a high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
- Support budget planning, execution, tracking, and financial reporting
- Manage funding documents (e.g., MIPRs), expenditures, and financial records
- Develop financial reports, spend plans, and executive-level briefings
- Support acquisition reporting and business operations activities
- Utilize tools such as CCaR for financial tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with program offices, contracting, and financial teams
- Support PMRs, executive meetings, and tasker management
- Ensure compliance with DoD and Space Force financial policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of DoD financial management, acquisition, or budget experience
- Experience with acquisition reporting and financial execution
- Familiarity with CCaR and financial tracking tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Space Force, SSC, NRO, or SDA
- Knowledge of PPBE and acquisition lifecycle processes
