Description:
This is a exciting opportunity for a Data Scientist/Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions to drive business insights and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large datasets
• Build and deploy machine learning models to predict trends and identify patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders using clear and concise visualizations
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies in data science and machine learning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
