Location: Chesapeake, VA
Clearance Requirements: Coast Guard Public Trust (ability to obtain CAC card)
Pay Rate: $25-30+/hr D.O.E.

Top Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, internal controls, or property management
- Experience documenting business processes and testing controls for compliance and risk assessment
- Strong understanding of fixed assets, PP&E, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain a CAC card through a federal background investigation
- Federal government or real property management experience is a plus
