Computer Security System Specialist
Location: Rockville, MD
Required Clearance: Public Trust (Interim)

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity solutions that protect enterprise software applications, systems, and infrastructure from evolving threats while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership in security architecture, secure software development, vulnerability management, identity and access management, continuous monitoring, incident response, and risk mitigation across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevSecOps, cloud, and business stakeholders to integrate security best practices into system design, mentor technical teams, and drive strategic initiatives that strengthen the organization’s overall security posture, resilience, and operational readiness.
Please note that this position requires regular onsite work at the client office near Rockville, MD. Candidates need to be local to the area.
