Secure Network and Technology Integration
• Manage planning and integration of classified networks, secure communications systems, protected enclaves, and digital infrastructure required for SCIF operations.
• Coordinate installation and acceptance of secure IT architecture, structured cabling, crypto devices, cross-domain solutions, and cybersecurity components.
• Work with cybersecurity teams to ensure network accreditation packages are complete, accurate, and compliant with DoD IA requirements (ATO/ATO-I).
Accreditation Management (ICD-705)
• Lead development and submission of complete SCIF accreditation packages, including fixed facility checklists, drawings, construction documentation, and verification artifacts.

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for all facility construction, network integration, security installation, and accreditation events.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, develop risk-reduction plans, and implement corrective actions.
• Draft, review, and maintain acquisition documentation supporting secure-infrastructure development and modernization.
Stakeholder, Contractor, and Enterprise Coordination
• Manage coordination across multiple functional teams including engineering, security, contracting, cyber, facilities, logistics, test, and sustainment.
• Lead secure-facility planning working groups and provide executive-level briefings to government leadership.
• Serve as primary liaison between AFLCMC/WA, other government offices, external contractors, and mission partners to ensure unity of effort.
Executive-Level Support
• Support program leadership during major program reviews, site inspections, construction status meetings, accreditation events, and milestone decisions.
• Prepare and deliver executive-quality reporting, integration summaries, and facility readiness assessments.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in SAP or SCI environments within the last eight years.
• Proven experience working with classified facility construction, secure network builds, cybersecurity accreditation activities, or SCIF lifecycle management.
• Strong familiarity with ICD 705, SCIF development standards, DoD IA requirements, and secure-infrastructure engineering.
