About the Team
The vision of our Business Technology Organization is to be the trusted partner that fuels Workday's business technology innovations and products to enable company growth at scale. The GTM DCX team manages the full lifecycle application development on the Adobe Experience Manager, AWS and Salesforce Platforms, performance optimization, critical incident resolution and environment & release management functions powering all aspects of the unified experience with in workday community and deliver a cloud-based, personalized online interactive experiences for our customers.

About the Role
We are looking to hire a Sr Engineer who will serve as a tech lead. The tech lead for the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team is a hands-on technical leader responsible for the architectural integrity, scalability, and performance of our backend ecosystem. This role bridges the gap between high-level solution architecture and engineering execution, owning the delivery of critical cloud infrastructure, edge routing, and Java-based micro-services
Key Responsibilities
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Enterprise Software Application Development
- Deep technical knowledge of enterprise software application development and enterprise cloud platforms (AWS Services, Cloudflare and containerization)
- Hands on experience troubleshooting technical issues on AWS platform end-to-end (Application, Database, Network & Integration layers)
Other Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and content management system best practices
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and tackle sophisticated problems as well as provide documentation, mentorship and instruction to users. Proven ability to learn and embrace new technologies, applications, and solutions.

About the Role
We are looking to hire a Sr Engineer who will serve as a tech lead. Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Core Backend: Lead the backend engineering track, driving code quality, architecture, and robust delivery using Java/J2EE and the Spring Framework for micro-services.
Architecture, Cloud & DevOps: Partner with the Solution Architect to design and maintain high-availability systems leveraging AWS services, Cloudflare, and containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes).
AI-Driven Productivity: Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot, Claude). The lead must be adept at utilizing these tools to rapidly learn and deliver on the job, while actively coaching the development team to use them to maximize efficiency and output.
Complex Problem Solving: Act as the primary technical problem solver for the team, translating complex business use cases and intricate requirements into scalable, clean, and highly performant technical solutions
About You
