Compensation for this position includes a base salary of $70,000 to $90,000, plus an attractive commission plan tied to hiring outcomes and pipeline development. This range is not a guarantee of salary, as final compensation may also be influenced by contractual requirements and other considerations.

What You'll Do
- Source and engage TS/SCI w/Polygraph candidates.
- Build pipelines of Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, System Administrators, Cyber professionals, and other technical talent.
- Partner with Recruiters to support current openings and future growth initiatives.
- Develop talent communities that allow rapid response to new opportunities and surge staffing requests.
- Help strengthen CyberCore's position as an employer of choice within the Intelligence Community.
Required Skills
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years sourcing or recruiting technical talent.
- 2+ years sourcing or recruiting fully cleared technical talent in Maryland.
- Experience sourcing Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, System Administrators, Cyber professionals, and related technical skill sets.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, Indeed and other sourcing platforms.
