SailPoint Developer

Client: DoD Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO)
Location: Remote
Clearance: Active Secret or higher required

Role overview
Join IVERTIX to develop and integrate identity and access management capabilities supporting WDP. This role requires
personal ownership of SailPoint code or configuration, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting to enable secure
access, automated provisioning, and identity governance.
Responsibilities
Develop, customize, maintain, and troubleshoot SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or Identity Security Cloud (ISC), using
components supported by the selected platform.
Build joiner, mover, and leaver logic for provisioning, deprovisioning, access changes, requests, and approval
workflows.
Implement rules, workflows, transforms, provisioning policies, connectors, and API integrations appropriate to IIQ
or ISC.
Integrate Active Directory/LDAP, REST-based systems, and enterprise applications; resolve aggregation, identity
correlation, entitlement mapping, and provisioning failures.
Write, debug, test, and deploy SailPoint functionality using Java/BeanShell for IIQ or supported ISC APIs,
transforms, rules, and connectors.
Support RBAC, least privilege, access certifications, audit logging, and compliance reporting.
Partner with cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and infrastructure teams on Zero Trust controls; document changes and
support production operations.
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant IAM engineering, development, or integration experience, with demonstrable hands-on
SailPoint delivery.
Concrete examples of SailPoint rules, workflows, transforms, connectors, or API integrations personally developed.
Administration or certification campaign execution alone is insufficient.
Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, entitlements, access approvals, certifications, and
RBAC/least privilege.
Hands-on coding or configuration, debugging, testing, deployment, and resolution of SailPoint runtime or
integration defects.
Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, enterprise authentication, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
Active Secret clearance or higher and availability for hybrid work in the DMV.
Preferred experience
DoD/federal delivery; ServiceNow, AWS IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, or Okta integrations; DoD Zero Trust, NIST 800-53, or
RMF; Git, CI/CD, and Agile; SailPoint or relevant IAM/security certifications.
