Business Analyst
Location: Remote (Local to Rockville, MD)
Required Clearance: Public Trust

Job Responsibilities:
- Acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow solutions and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and workflow designs that support organizational objectives.
- Facilitates stakeholder meetings, process mapping sessions, and requirements workshops while supporting the successful delivery of ServiceNow enhancements and implementations.
- Experience with ServiceNow, requirements management, Agile methodologies, and business process analysis is highly desirable.
Please note that this position requires regular onsite work at the client office near Rockville, MD. Candidates need to be local to the area.
