Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Application Developer to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of modern web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web application development.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Strong understanding of server-side templating languages and JavaScript libraries.
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Clearance Requirements:
Active Secret clearance required. Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI may be required for certain projects.
