Job Description
Software Engineering Lead
Location: Remote (local to Rockville, MD)
Required Clearance: Public Trust

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and integration of enterprise solutions that support complex engineering and business processes.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, implement scalable platform capabilities, oversee system integrations, and ensure secure, high-performing solutions through configuration, custom development, workflow automation, and technical governance.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring development teams, conducting design reviews, driving platform optimization, and maintaining architectural standards and documentation to support long-term business objectives.
Please note that this position requires regular onsite work at the client office near Rockville, MD. Candidates need to be local to the area.
