CIAT/RCT Operator

The CIAT/RCT Operator will:

• Utilize Tactical code running on virtualized machines.
• Provide fidelity to train all required Combat System capabilities.
• Support basic phase training events at the waterfront but can accommodate a wide range of training events.
• Ground truth recording capability on instructor and watch stander console displays and audio for after action playback and analysis
• Must be able to learn Next Generation Simulation (NGS) system and interfaces to effectively run and operate CIC scenarios.

Requirements

• Four (4) years of Shipboard Combat Information Center Watch station or Air Crewman experience.
• Active Secret security clearance
• Desired experience in one of the following:
  • as a qualified ASTAC or Light Airborne Multi-Purpose System (LAMPS) air crewman.
  • as a qualified AIC watchstander
  • as a qualified TIC or Tactical Data Coordinator (TDC) watchstander.
  • experience with qualified sea combat commander watch stander or maritime patrol aircraft air crewman.
• experience as a Naval Flight Officer with Tactical Data Link (Link 11/16), Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC), Air Intercept Controller (AIC), Weapons Tactics Instructor, and Mission Commander.

The anticipated salary for this position is $75,000 to $85,000.
