Utility Data Coordinators

Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL, is in need of a Utility Data Coordinator for a three-month contract. Working onsite daily, the Data Coordinator supports the client's utility payment operations by setting up and maintaining online accounts with utility providers for internal communities and divisions. This is a role focused on creating provider portal accounts (electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash), linking existing service accounts, and recording account and access information accurately in the company's system of record. The role works closely with internal staff and utility providers to resolve access issues and keep account data complete and audit-ready. The ideal candidate is highly accurate, comfortable with repetitive detail-oriented work across many different websites, and handles sensitive information responsibly.

Required skills:

• One or more years of experience in data entry, account setup, administrative support, or a related function
• Experience working across multiple web portals or online systems
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required, including filters, lookups, and basic data cleanup
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Experience with utility billing, utility account management, or accounts payable preferred
• Experience in homebuilding, real estate, or property management operations preferred
